Both the CYSO Symphony Orchestra and Encore Chamber Orchestra have a long history of touring domestically and internationally. Past tours have included performances in such renowned venues as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam , the Rudolfinum's Dvorák Hall in Prague , Symphony Hall in Boston and Carnegie Hall.

Most recently Encore toured Central Europe in June 2005 with performances in Budapest , Vienna and Prague . In Budapest , Encore had the great honor to be the first youth orchestra to perform in the Palace of the Arts' Béla Bartók National Concert Hall.

This summer the Symphony Orchestra will commence a 12 day tour of Europe from June 13-24, 2007 . Performances will be held at Smetana Hall in Prague , Czech Republic ; The Frederick Chopin Conservatory of Music in Warsaw , Poland and the Filharmonia in Wroclaw , Poland . As part of this tour, the Symphony Orchestra has also been selected to be the only youth orchestra presented by Leipzig , Germany 's world-famous Gewandhaus during its musical season.
