administrative staff :: Holly H. Hudak

Holly H. Hudak has been working in the field of arts administration and orchestra management for over seventeen years. She holds a Bachelor of Music in flute performance from the Peabody Institute and completed the America Symphony Orchestra League fellowship program in the field of orchestra management. The brand new Executive Director of the CYSO, Hudak came to the organization from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO) where she worked for fifteen years. As the senior director of Education, Community Relations and Diversity for the CSO, she was responsible for the growth and expansion of the Orchestra’s educational programming including partnerships with Chicago Public Schools (CPS), workshops and curriculum training for teachers, the development and implementation of a music learning center, and the establishment of the CSO’s Kraft Family Matinee Series. Additionally, Holly oversaw all CSO initiatives related to Community Engagement and Diversity, as well as the Rosenthal Archives. Hudak has been a featured speaker at workshops and conferences both nationally and internationally.
